I think physical excercise is essential for our health. However, continuing it is important. If you don't continue cxcercise everyday or regurarly, it doesn't make sence, I think. You must continue to do this. By doing so, you will get used to doing hard excercise. You can keep healthy life thanks to physical excercise. Let's do it!
